Production Process – Why Amnisia® Is Different!
Amnisia Vodkas are meticulously crafted in limited batches, following a comprehensive and rigorous 10-step production process that spans between 30 and 120 days, depending on the expression. Each phase is executed with uncompromising attention to detail, ensuring every bottle delivers exceptional purity, taste, and elegance.
spirit base
Our foundation begins with the finest-quality Polish grains and potatoes, carefully selected for their purity and character. We source Certified Organic Rye, Wheat, and Potatoes from three exclusive local agricultural partners, ensuring full traceability and consistent excellence. Upon arrival at our distillery, the raw materials undergo a stringent quality inspection before being fermented and distilled at least six times, resulting in the pristine, velvety spirit that defines Amnisia®.
BLENDING
Following distillation, the spirit is blended with our signature crystalline water, which is uniquely transformed into ice cubes prior to integration. The water originates from a natural artesian well located on-site at our distillery and undergoes a Reverse Osmosis (RO) purification process to eliminate all impurities. A portion of the water is frozen into ice, chilling the blend to a precise temperature before integration. The spirit then rests for 72 hours, stirred every 12 hours to achieve perfect molecular harmony.
oxygenation
The blended spirit is transferred to open stainless-steel tanks for a 72-hour oxygen saturation period, followed by an additional 48 hours in a hermetically sealed chamber. This dual-phase process enhances the spirit’s smoothness, aroma, and balance, preparing it for final filtration.
Purification & Filtrations
Each batch is filtered nine times using custom-built, state-of-the-art systems:
• 3x through activated charcoal and carbon filters
• 3x through advanced platinum filtration
• 3x through our exclusive diamond filtration system, where the spirit passes through 5,000 carats of natural diamonds, granulated to capture the finest detail.
This final stage delivers extraordinary clarity, smoothness, and purity — a refinement unmatched in the spirits industry.
Final resting
Before bottling, Amnisia® Vodkas undergo a period of quiet maturation, allowing flavors and textures to settle and evolve into a seamless whole. The resting phase spans 20 days for Amnisia® No. 1 and our flavored vodkas, 45 days for the Grand Voyage collection, and a remarkable 90 days for the rare 1987 Founders Reserve. This essential step ensures a finish of incomparable smoothness and luxury.

Every bottle of Amnisia Vodka is crafted in Poland at a family-owned distillery with nearly 50 years of expertise and a generational tradition in vodka-making. Our process is monitored by the Polish Vodka Association, which upholds some of the world’s strictest legal production standards.
